Oahu, Hawaii Island, Maui, Kauai (January 31, 2013) – Goodwill Industries of Hawaii will be hosting VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) sites to provide FREE tax preparation assistance for qualified individuals. Goodwill’s VITA sites will be open through the beginning of April. To qualify for free tax preparation assistance, individuals must make $50,000 or less per year and not own a home or business. Appointments are highly recommended (see the addresses below).
There is also another FREE option to file your taxes online: Goodwill is proud to offer MyFreeTaxes to individuals with an adjusted gross income of less than $57,000 per year.
