– Goodwill store to reopen Saturday –

The newly renovated and rebranded Goodwill Store and Donation Center in Kahului will celebrate its grand reopening on Saturday.

Events begin at 8:30 a.m. with a blessing and ceremony at the store at 250 Alamaha St., Suite N9. The first 50 people in line will receive a surprise Goodwill gift card with a minimum $5 value. There will be other prizes over the weekend.

The renovation is part of Goodwill Hawaii’s plan to roll out a rebranded look to all of its retail and program locations statewide.

Proceeds from the store support the nonprofit’s mission and programs on the island. The agency provides education, employment training and placement services for more than 1,100 people a year, an announcement said.

The store is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.

Donations may be dropped off at the roll-up door behind the store from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Sunday. There are donation centers in Kihei, Kahului and Wailuku.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]This article originated from http://www.mauinews.com/ on September 28, 2017.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
