Generous contributions from local businesses and individual members of the community enable Goodwill to hold special events throughout the year. These events support the Agency’s mission and reinforce the importance of community involvement with Goodwill.

While Goodwill holds selected events annually, you are invited to host a "Goodwill Special Event" at any time during the year. Donation drives within your organization or neighborhood will provide Goodwill with resources needed to fund its diverse array of human service programs.

For over 45 years, community-minded people have been cleaning out their closets and donating their clothing and household items to Goodwill. Contributed merchandise is sold at Goodwill stores to support job training, career development, and social services for people with barriers to employment. With over 90% of revenues funneled directly back into Goodwill programs, you can be sure that donations collected at your Goodwill Special Event will make a big difference.
