HI-5 Redemption


Redeem your HI5 bottles and cans in convenient locations throughout Oahu.

imagePlease bring containers with the "HI-5" label, empty of liquid and debris and redeem them for cash. Containers must be separated by aluminum, glass, plastic and bi-metal. Place aluminum and plastics in the large bin and glass in the small bin. Containers may be counted or weighed (If you have 200 containers or less, you may request the containers be counted instead of weighed as per the Department of Health guidelines). Reverse vending machines available at each location.


Goodwill Redemption Centers Now Accepting Caps and Lids
You can now recycle clean and dry #2, #4 and #5 caps and lids from bottles, cans & tubes including: drinks, shampoo, food products, detergent, cosmetics medicines, supplements, toothpaste, coffee cans, spray cans at Goodwill's Redemption Centers. Please remove all paper, styrofoam & labels before recycling). This caps & lids recycling initiative is powered through a partnership with Beach Environmental Awareness Campaign Hawaii (B.E.A.C.H.), ETA Global Logistic Solutions, Goodwill Industries of Hawaii, Inc., Lucent Polymers, Matson, Pepsi Beverages Company, and Young Brothers.
