Property Management
Goodwill currently provides property management for more than 6,500 single soldier housing units across five Army bases on Oahu through Army Hawaii Soldier Housing (ASH).
This is a first-of-its-kind contract for the Army, and has garnered ASH’s contracting partners, the Army Garrison’s Regional contracting Office-Hawaii and Hawaii Residential Community Initiative the national NISH Government Award for Services for its outstanding work on this project.
