Aina Keepers
The Aina Keepers is a community project for individuals with developmental disabilities at Goodwill’s Adult Day Health program in Hilo. Aina Keepers keeps Hilo clean by eliminating graffiti in the community. The Aina Keepers are partnered with the Community Policing Unit of the Hilo Police Department and the Special Education Department of Hilo High School. This program has received recognition in the local media and the Aina Keepers were recently named an ally in a Crime Stoppers campaign against graffiti.
