Independence from Public Assistance
Goodwill works in partnership with community businesses to provide opportunities for individuals to become successfully employed and retain their jobs. Our program specialists work closely with participants to provide career development, training and job placement for individuals and families receiving public assistance. Participants develop vocational and social skills through a combination of occupational skills training, pre-employment training, job coaching, and practical work experience.
