GA Case Monitor (FTW VR Oahu)
Job Description Summary:
Responsible for treatment verifications and case monitoring services to assist client receiving General Assistance (GA) that have disabilities. Provides on-going monitoring and community referrals as needed.
Education/Qualification Requirement:
Some college level coursework in the area of psychology, sociology or human service related field in addition to one to two years related experience preferred. Must have previous experience or proven ability to deal effectively with difficult and on occasion, irate participants, which includes counseling participants with tact and understanding. Previous experience in communicating both verbally and in writing with various stakeholders in an effective and professional manner. Must have working knowledge of computers for data entry and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
