For nearly five decades since Goodwill’s inception in Hawaii, the power of work has fueled our mission, and been the change agent in the lives of thousands of people. Work inherently provides people with measurable goals, motivation, a collective community, a source of lasting relationships, and an active purpose in life.
In addition to helping people generate a source of income, Goodwill’s programs and services provide a multi-faceted and safe environment for people to acquire life and job skills, gain confidence, overcome challenges and become self-sufficient.
To this day, and far into the future, we celebrate the power of work. Goodwill works.
